Lacquering

We provide high-quality services of plastic aqua-lacquering. We offer plastic surface treatment and processing for both, protective and decorative reasons. For lacquering we have a wide range of colours with diversity of lacquers at our disposal and we can achieve a wide range of effects on different plastic materials. Layers and effects are adjusted according to our client’s wishes. Our guidance and advise is provided as well. A combination of lacquering and metallisation is of course applied for the desired surface effect.

We make sure your plastic products (ABS, SAN, PP, PS, PA, bakelite…) appear more precious. We lay on metallic, non-metallic or structural lacquers with the appropriate protection layer. The products are resistant to different cleaning fluids and chemicals, alcohol, rubbing, different weather conditions...

Metallisation

We offer high-quality aluminium vacuum metallisation of plastics. We provide you with an imitation of various metals with shiny or matt effect - gold, silver, brass, copper, nickel, chrome, platinum, stainless steel and other metallic colours according to RAL colour scale on the surface of plastic products.

Plastic injection moulding

Our company also offers plastic injection moulding on the latest CNC plastic moulding machines. We provide carefully and intentionally chosen materials, take great care for punctual deliveries and provide packing of products according to the customer's wishes, as well as conducting meticulous control. Maintenance and repair of injection tools is included as well.

Tool construction and other services

With the emphasis on innovativity and development we give our clients an integrated solution – we take on a whole project, from the conceptual draft to the final realisation with surface treatment of the product and assembly.

Should the client so desire we will take over the entire tool construction and proceed to plastic injection moulding, surface treatment, metallisation, lacquering and assembly. We shall also provide maintenance of the tool.
